Welcome to agh3D. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to agh3D, a brand operated by agh3 IT Services, LLC. agh3D offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURING VARIANCE

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
However, 3D printing is a specialized manufacturing process. You acknowledge that:

  • Visible layer lines, minor surface artifacts, and support marks are inherent characteristics of FDM/SLA 3D printing and are not considered defects.
  • Dimensional tolerances may vary slightly (typically within ±0.5mm or 1%) due to material shrinkage and thermal properties.
  • Colors may appear different in person than on digital screens.

SECTION 3 - INTENDED USE AND SAFETY

CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: Unless explicitly stated in a specific product description, all products sold by agh3D are intended for decorative, organizational, or light-duty home/office use only. Our products are NOT intended for use in high-heat environments, safety-critical applications, medical use, or as functional components in machinery or weaponry.

agh3D (agh3 IT Services, LLC) shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the misuse of products or the use of products in applications exceeding the physical and thermal limitations of the 3D-printed materials (such as PLA, PETG, or Resin).

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSING

All content included on this site is the property of agh3D or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

We represent and warrant that we have the necessary commercial licenses and authorizations to manufacture and/or distribute the specific branded systems offered in our store. Use of third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement beyond the scope of our existing commercial agreements.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from agh3D are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SECTION 7 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE
(EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY US) PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR
USE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, AGH3 IT SERVICES, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO CASE SHALL OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE
PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which agh3 IT Services, LLC is registered.
